spedex.com, and any/all e-mail addresses owned by the domain or listed herein, or forms located within the domain, will NOT accept SPAM/UCE from ANYONE. UCE takes time to process/report and costs us in server resources. The State of North Carolina considers SPAM to be THEFT OF SERVICES and allows for the legal prosecution of the sender of such. The fact that these address are published on a PRIVATELY-OWNED website does not give spambots free use of the addresses. ANY e-mail not expressly asked for, and/or not related to special education will be considered SPAM. The sender of such will be liable for fees of $500/piece and/or will be reported to all appropriate parties (i.e. your Internet host, your state AG, the FTC, the NC AG and/or this site owner's private attorney). SPAM is ILLEGAL and will not be tolerated.
