Itinerant Teacher for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing

Duties: The Itinerant Teacher of the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing is responsible for providing activities, strategies, and interventions for deaf and hard-of-hearing students within the parameters of the eight Iowa Teaching Standards and related criteria adopted by the Keystone Area Education Agency Board of Directors.

Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, hearing impaired and an Iowa Department of Education license with deaf and hard of hearing endorsement.

Additional Information: This full-time position will be contracted for 193 days out of either the West Union, Elkader, or New Hampton office.
