School Social Worker
New Mexico School f/t Blind and Visually Impaired
Albuquerque, NM
Duties: The New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired Early Childhood Program located at 230 Truman NE, Albuquerque, NM is seeking a school social worker to work with families of Pre-K children with vision impairments and/or multiple disabilities. This individual should have a background in the educational process and the psychosocial development of children. Experience working with families of young children with disabilities is preferred.
Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelors or Masters degree and NM license in social work. Will be required to become Braille Proficient. Full-time, 9-month contract. Salary commensurate with experience. Position open until filled.
