Vice President, Programs for Independent Living

Duties: The Vice President will administer and oversee the operations of the Programs for Independent Living department which include the Youth Services, Vision Rehabilitation, Career Services, the Assistive Technology Program and eSight.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and ensure that all contracts related to direct services have met the requirements as stated
- Develop and implement new innovative program strategies and practices while updating existing programs to react to the changes of our client’s needs
- Provide statistical information/data on current programs to track productivity and supply reports
- Outreach to current and new programs/agencies in order to maintain as well as identify new referral sources
- Serve as a GED Chief Examiner and ensure that all regulations are met
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in Administration, Business or other related field and at least seven years of administrative/managerial experience with a proven track record in program development.
