Head of Special Programs - K12

Duties: A fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to provide direction and oversee strategy implementation to develop successful policy, plans and guidelines for Education Special Programs across the P-12 Education Sector in the United Arab Emirates. Your role will be to drive and develop programs and curricula that set standards for high levels of education quality for all students across the Emirate focussing on the specific needs of identified student groups to improve student learning and development outcomes.
The right candidate must have the following experience:
- Masters degree in Education
- Demonstrated high level skills in leadership and management in the educational sector;
- Extensive experience of all areas of Special Education Programs at a Solid understanding of the key issues relating to the provision of education for students with special educational needs, e.g. curriculum diversity, specific teacher training requirements,
- Overseas experience is beneficial or a proven understanding of international education policy and planning trends.
Qualifications: MA in Education
