Duties: Provide direct and consultative services to students who are visually impaired, consult with staff, conduct evaluations, write reports, attend staffings, IEP meetings, staff meetings, collaborate with other professionals, and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications: BA or BS degree or higher and certification as an Orientation and Mobility Specialist. Experience in working with students in a school setting preferred. Must have knowledge in conducting O and M evaluations and writing reports. Must be able to work with a team of other professionals as well as parents.
