Duties: Plan, organize and implement daily lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum. Conduct pre and post-testing using standardized tests for each student. As a part of a team, write and implement goals as outlined in each student's IEP. Be responsible for managing the student behavior in the classroom. Complete reports as required. Demonstrate competency in all subject areas and schedule the classroom day to include instruction in all curriculum areas. Participate in Interdisciplinary Treatment Meetings. Supervise Instructional Aides assigned to the classroom.
Qualifications: California clear teaching credential/permit in special education (Moderate/Severe); Prior exp. working with Autism spectrum children.
