Duties: CESA 6 is seeking a to employ a long-term Substitute Teacher of the Blind/Visually Impaired for the 2007-2008 school year. Individual employed will provide itinerant Vision services to identified students within a designated region of the CESA 6 area. VI resource classroom assignment possible. Responsibilities include development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs, direct instruction to students, consultation with school personnel and parents, and student evaluations. Opportunity to work with other energetic VI Teachers, and O&M Specialists.
Qualifications: Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Certification in Visual Impairment - Code: 825. Must have own transportation and ability to drive between school districts.
