In a continuing effort to provide the finest in on-line resources, SpEdEx is pleased to announce the use of Adobe's Portable Document Format (.pdf) for our online documents. PDF allows users of Mac, Windows, DOS, Unix or OS/2 to simply download the Adobe Acrobat Reader and then view the documents the way that you, the user, wants to view them. Two of the many features that Adobe Reader contains are the ability to resize the text for ease of reading, and a "linked" table of contents feature to allow quick access to any part of a document. Since we want to make these documents as "user friendly" as possible, they will still be available in MS Word format and ASCII text, as well as in an online "hypertext" format when appropriate.
For more information on the Adobe Portable Document Format, or on the Adobe Acrobat Reader, please visit Adobe's web site. To obtain your copy of Acrobat Reader, simply click on the "Get Acrobat Reader" icon below
If you know of, or have written, a document that you think would be of use to others on the Net please send it as an attachment to e-mail to admin@spedex.com. Be sure and include permission to use (if you are the author) or how to contact the author (if you are not the author).
